This video explains dumpster rental and how to best use the dumpster.
What can't I put in dumpster?

By law, we cannot accept any toxic/hazardous waste (paint, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, chemicals, oil, tires, fuels or appliances with Freon).

Is there a weight limit?

Yes! The price of the 18 yard container includes 4,000 lbs. Anything over 4,000 lbs will be charged an extra fee up to 10,000 lbs. If you are loading heavy material such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, asphalt you will have to contact R&R’s office for instructions on loading.

Can I fill the container to the top?

All materials must be inside the container, nothing over the top of container. By law we are required to tarp each load for transport. Heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, asphalt should not fill the container over 16 inches from the bottom. All materials that exceed the top of container must be removed. We cannot pick up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing excess and a $50.00 return trip fee will be charged to return and pick-up container.

How long can I keep the container?

The price includes a rental period of up to 7 days. You may extend the rental period for a additional $2.00 a day.

Will container be picked-up automatically?

No! Please call when container is ready for pick-up. It is your responsibility to give our office a 24-48 hours notice.

Can I move container?

No! We will do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space, you may not move container. Moving containers causes damage to the underside. If damage occurs, you are responsible for the cost of repair. We do expect normal wear and tear.

As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage (other than normal wear and tear) that occurs to our container while on your site. We hope this answers any questions you may have. We will be more than happy to help you with your specific needs.
